Streetscape Upgrades, active transport and place making projects
Project Status: Planning
Various streetscape upgrades through the precinct, inclusive of footpaths, cycle infrastructure, road changes/reconfigurations, services changes, lighting, street furniture, shelters, landscaping, wayfinding signage and infrastructure for the precinct, creative lighting, and public art Project concepts will be developed in collaboration with an Indigenous consultant and artists.

Detailed design and construction of upgrades and placemaking on:
Armstrong Road
Valencia Street
Nestor Drive
Edenlea Drive
Nealdon Drive
Logandowns Drive
University Drive
Other location and embellishments to be considered subject to budget and timing for delivery. Design and delivery of the Armstrong Road and Valencia streetscape upgrades will be coordinated with the Loganlea Station Relocation (LSR) and Logan to Gold Coast Faster Rail (LGCFR) projects in coordination with Transport and Main Roads. Changes proposed by streetscape upgrades will also consider bus operations and efficiency.
