Koolan Park playground is being upgraded as part of the City of Logan's asset replacement program.
The proposed concept plan includes:
the existing playground equipment, except the net climber will be removed and replaced with new equipment
new pathway access into the playground area from Koolan Crescent
cleaning and painting of existing picnic facilities
extending the shade sail over the playground area
new seating installation
new drinking fountain installation
post and rail fencing being removed and replaced with bollards around the perimeter of the park
hopscotch pavement painting to be repainted.
